The honest summary: the site is free, informational, and nothing here is financial advice or an investment recommendation.

What the site is

A reference site about stocks, real estate funds, ETFs and listed companies. It puts together two different things and says on every page which is which: the quote, which comes from a licensed third-party widget, and the dividend data, which comes from public regulatory disclosure — the declared dividend-per-share tag in the SEC’s XBRL API in the United States, and the "Relatório Proventos" filing in Brazil’s open CVM dataset.

The quote is never our own data. We do not process, store or resell market values: the TradingView widget renders the price with whatever delay its agreement with each exchange allows, and we only display that box. For the UK, Spain, France, Germany and Italy the page shows the quote and points to where that country’s dividend announcements are officially filed, because in those five markets we do not yet extract a structured amount.

What this site is not

It is not financial advice, not an investment recommendation and not securities research. We are not registered investment advisers, we are not portfolio managers and we hold no analyst registration with any regulator — not the SEC, not the FCA, and not the CVM, CNMV, AMF, BaFin or CONSOB.

No page on this site tells you what to buy, what to sell, when to get in or when to get out, and no page projects a return, a future yield or a price target. There is no "best stock" ranking and no "is it worth buying" list either: a list like that is an investment opinion dressed up as information, and that is not what we do.

Past performance does not guarantee future results. A dividend paid in the past is not a promise of a dividend in the future: distributions depend on the issuer’s own decision and can be cut, suspended or cancelled.

Every decision is yours, and it should be made after checking the figure on the issuer’s or the regulator’s own site — the link is on the page — and, where appropriate, with a professional licensed in your country.

On accuracy and the reference date

Every figure on this site carries a visible source and reference date, and that is not a formality: a quote without a date is misinformation, and a dividend amount without the date of the filing cannot be checked. If you can see a number here, you can also see when it is from.

Even so, the source dataset may contain an error, may be updated after our collection, and may not cover exactly the share class you are looking at. When the extraction of a specific filing does not match the expected format, the page shows only the filing date and the official link — never a guessed amount to fill the table.

Nothing here serves as a statement, a valuation, an opinion, a prospectus or a document for tax purposes.

What you may do with it

You may read, print, quote and share the link with anyone. If you quote a figure, quote the regulatory source too — that is what gives the figure weight, not us.

You may not copy the whole site or scrape the pages in bulk to build something similar. The regulatory data is public and you can go get it at the source; the written text, the organisation and the translations are ours. The price shown in the widget belongs to TradingView and is subject to their terms, not ours.

Ads and external links

The site is funded by ads. They are served by third parties and never depend on the subjects we choose: there is no "sponsored" stock, no bought page and no text traded for money. We are not broker affiliates and we earn nothing from account openings.

Links to regulators, exchanges, investor relations pages and Wikimedia lead off this site, and what happens there is outside our control.

Changes and applicable law

These terms may change when the site changes. The version that applies is the one published on this page.

Any dispute follows Brazilian law, as that is the country of the person responsible for the site. Nothing in these terms removes a consumer right that the law of your own country of residence grants you.
