NVDL
GraniteShares 2x Long NVDA Daily ETF
What is NVDL?
NVDL is the ticker for "GraniteShares 2x Long NVDA Daily ETF", an exchange-traded fund listed on NASDAQ. That name is the fund's own official registration, from the Nasdaq/NYSE public symbol directory — we are not describing its strategy ourselves, because with thousands of ETFs on this site we can't research each one's exact holdings with confidence.
For the fund's actual holdings, benchmark index and current composition, check the issuer's own fund page (the issuer is normally the first word or two of the official name above) or a filing on SEC EDGAR.
NVDL's own name signals a leveraged or inverse strategy
The fund's official name contains wording typical of leveraged products (terms like "2x", "3x", "Ultra" or "Daily"). These funds reset their exposure every day and are built for short-term trading, not buy-and-hold - holding one for weeks or months can produce a very different result from the multiple suggested by its name.
This isn't our interpretation - it's what the fund itself is named. Read the issuer's own prospectus before trading a leveraged or inverse product.
Does NVDL pay a dividend?
We don't show a dividend yield or payout history for NVDL - the same reason as for every ETF on this site (see the tracked-fund pages): ETF distributions don't carry the same standardized per-share disclosure tag that a single US stock files with the SEC, so there's no structured, redistributable source for this yet.

Glossary: terms on this page
ETF (exchange-traded fund)
A fund that holds a basket of assets (stocks, bonds or commodities) and trades on a stock exchange all day, like a share, instead of being priced once a day like a traditional mutual fund.
Index tracking
Most ETFs are passively managed: they try to match the return of a specific index (such as the S&P 500) by holding the same securities in similar proportions, rather than a manager picking stocks.
Underlying holdings
The actual stocks, bonds or other assets a fund owns. Holdings and their weights change over time as the fund rebalances to match its strategy or index.
Dividend yield (fund-level)
How much a fund has distributed to holders over a period, as a percentage of its price. We do not publish this number for ETFs on this site yet — check the fund manager's own page.
Ticker symbol
The short code used to identify a fund on an exchange, such as VOO or QQQ. The same ticker can sometimes exist on more than one exchange, so quote widgets add an exchange prefix to avoid ambiguity.
